4.4 Tighten the green cylinder handwheel until tight.
The handwheel should be hand tight. Do not use tools.
4.5 Tighten the cylinder retention-strap.
Ensure there is one finger gap between the cylinder retention-strap. If not,
either tighten or loosen the strap until the correct gap is achieved
4.6 Close the buckle by pressing it down until an
audible click is heard.
4.7 Check the strap is threaded through the ring and
looped back over buckle to re-attached Velcro.
