Ensure the RFID module in the handheld terminal is compatible with the
tags.
Ensure the program is correct (please refer to DEMO)
Ensure the tag being scanned is within the RFID sensing area

Can’t be recognized after USB is
connected
Ensure USB cable is plugged.
Ensure USB cable is not damaged.
Restart the device.
Pull out and reconnect the USB cable.
Check if Microsoft ActiveSync has been installed properly (please
refer the Chapter 7)
Ensure connection to PC is correct
Ensure the program is correct (Please refer to DEMO).
Ensure the setting is correct (please refer to 5.1)
Ensure the accessories come with WIFI connection joint, which
is in effective transmission distance.
Activeysycn Installation Failure
Disconnect the connection between the device with the PC when installing the
Activesync software;
Install the Activesync software correctly based on the environment PC.
Pay attention to the item of Documentation when installing;
Use Windows Xp to format the SD card, and select ‘FAT32’, also please do not
choose ‘Quick Format’
