Operation
DWELL
Heavily soiled wares may require more cleaning time in the wash zone. This is
accomplished by pressing the DWELL button BEFORE inserting a rack.
Press the gray DWELL button, Fig. 20a. The DWELL button turns green, Fig. 20b.
Insert the rack, dish rack pauses in the wash zone for 15 seconds
and then resume. The button turns gray at the end of the 15 second pause.
NOTE: The DWELL button must be pressed before inserting each rack to initiate the
dwell. Do not insert racks back to back if using the dwell feature for each rack.

FINAL RINSE —

The final rinse sanitizes wares and must be between 180-195ºF/82-91ºC. The dish rack
exits the wash zone and enters the final rinse zone where upper and lower pipes spray
the wares for sanitization.
The final rinse spray icon and final rinse temperature appear on the display when the
nal rinse runs, Fig. 21.
Make sure the final rinse
pressure gauge indicates
flowing pressure of 20 PSI
during the
final rinse.
