Maintenance
Monthly
1. Inspect all water lines for leaks and tighten if required.
2. Clean detergent residue from the exterior of the machine.
3. Make sure drain screens are clean.
4. Clean accumulated scale from the heating elements with a non-abrasive pad.
5. Inspect the spray arms for any damage or missing parts.
6. Inspect the nal rinse arms for missing parts.
7. Inspect the pawl bar and drive assembly for damaged or missing parts.
8. Make sure oat switches move freely.
9. Make sure the idle pump actuator and the nal rinse actuator move freely.
10. Inspect conveyor pawls move freely.
11. Run the machine with an empty rack to check correct operation.
BASIC MAINTENANCE —
Yearly
1. Contact an authorized service agent to perform an inspection and preventive maintenance.
