BACKHOE CONTROL DESCRIPTIONS
Swing Lock Pin
This pin locks boom from swinging right or left during transport.
To lock:
• First engage stow lock. See
“Stow Lock Control” later in this
chapter.
• Insert swing lock pin into hole (1).
To release:
• Remove swing lock pin and store
in hole (2).
• Release stow lock. See “Stow Lock Control” later in this
chapter.
IMPORTANT: Do not store in holes marked with an
“X.” Backhoe could swing into pin and destroy it.
