Total patient leakage
Remove the black connector IN (MD Box). After,
connect it over the red connector, connected to the
black connector of STIM CH1 (G16 Test Load).
Connect the banana connector of the “Banana wall
plug” to the black connector IN (MD box). After,
connect the wall plug to the wall. If you have a
ground banana connection on the table you can
use it, using a yellow banana cable.
Set the multimeter to V DC and V AC, then read the
values after stabilization.
Value of V DC Value of V AC
Remove the red and black cables on the G16 Test
Load. Then remove the red cable on the MD Box
Check Pass/Fail the tracker sheet §9 , if the values
are less than the reference
Enclosure Leakage
Use the “USB-Banana” cable to connect the USB of
the device and the red connector IN (MD box).
Note : Sometimes, when you plug the USB to the
device a warning with a sound appears, this is normal
behavior.
Set the multimeter to V DC and V AC, then read
the values after stabilization.
Value of V DC Value of V AC
Check Pass/Fail the tracker sheet §10 , if the
values are less than the reference
Battery detection (test optional)
Switch OFF the power line.
Verify that the battery logo change, before , after
(there is no more the symbol of charge )
Check Pass/Fail the tracker sheet §11 if the battery is
detected.
