23.0 - REJA ABRESURCOS
Se puede abrir fácilmente para verifi car si está limpia, afl ojar la tuerca de mariposa (fi g. 15.A), empujar la
reja hacia delante (fi g. 15.B) empujando la palanca de seguridad (fi g. 15.C), bajar la reja. Para cerrarla:
volver a poner la reja en posición horizontal, empujar hacia atrás, bloquear la tuerca de mariposa A.
24.0 - RASPADOR PARA RUEDAS
Se puede ajustar la altura desde el suelo moviendo los tornillos (fi g. 16.A) y girando el soporte (fi g.
16.B).
Se puede ajustar la distancia desde las ruedas moviendo los tornillos (fi g. 16.C).
25.0 - DISTANCIA DE TRASPLANTE
DISTANCIA ENTRE FILAS: mínimo 50 cm para la versión con bastidor único (fi g. 17)
DISTANCIA ENTRE FILAS DOBLES: mínimo 25 cm para la versión con bastidor doble (fi g. 18)
La regulación de la distancia entre hileras se realiza con la máquina aplicada al tractor y con el elevador
bajo.
Afl ojar los tornillos (fi g.19.A), posicionar la unidad según la distancia deseada, dejándola deslizar en el
chasis. No golpearla con objetos metálicos, ya que podrían dañarse seriamente los componentes.
25.1 - DISTANCIA ENTRE PLANTAS
Los tablas (fi g.20) indican las distancias que se pueden alcanzar con las relaciones de transmisión pre-
defi nidas para la versión de 10 cangilones (fi g. 20.A) y la de 6/12 cangilones (fi g. 20.B). Cada unidad de
transplante está equipada con transmisión con el correspondiente cambio de transmisión de acoplamiento
rápido (fi g.21.A).
26.0 - RUEDAS DE TRANSMISIÓN (fi g. 22.B)
Durante el funcionamiento, la rueda de transmisión debe estar siempre en contacto con el suelo para
que el aparato de trasplante se active. Utilizando el regulador (fi g.21.C) se puede aumentar o reducir la
presión y regular el campo de acción.
27.0 - ANCHO DE RODADA DEL TRACTOR
Las huellas que dejan en el terreno las ruedas del tractor, además de compactar la superfi cie, producen
habitualmente un descenso de la misma. Mantener una distancia no inferior a 10-12 cm entre el
trasplante y la huella (fi g. 22). Para ello, modifi car la distancia entre hileras o el ancho de rodada del
tractor.
28.0 - ACCESORIOS
28.1 - TRAZADORES DE HILERAS - Aplicarlos como se ilustra en la fi g. 23 y regular la punta (fi g.
23.A) a la distancia deseada. El apoyo en el suelo y la elevación son manuales. Realizar estas operaciones
con la máquina parada y asegurarse de que no haya nadie en el radio de acción.
Con este accesorio montado la máquina ocupa más espacio. Realizar las maniobras con el debido cuidado
y desmontarlo para circular por caminos o carreteras.
28.2 - ASIENTO SUPLEMENTARIO
Concebido para los casos en que deben trabajar dos operadores en cada unidad de trasplante (solo para
distancias entre hileras superiores a 100 cm).
Aplicarlo como se ilustra en la (fi g. 24).
28.3- KIT DE PORTABANDEJAS SUPLEMENTARIO
Permite disponer de dos portabandejas giratorios por cada unidad de trasplante (solo para distancias
entre hileras superiores a 120 cm).
Aplicar como se muestra en la (fi g. 25) y tener en cuenta el aumento de las dimensiones laterales.
28.4 - PROLONGACIÓN DEL DISTRIBUIDOR (fi g. 26.A)
Aconsejado para el trasplante de plantas con follaje muy alto (13-20 cm). Facilita la descarga de la planta
y reduce la posibilidad de atascamientos debidos a la demora de la misma en bajar del distribuidor.
Aplicarlo como se indica en la (fi g. 26).
28.5- PIEZA DE REDUCCIÓN CANGILONES (fi g.26.B)
Aconsejada para el transplante de plantas con aparato foliar poco desarrollado y enraizadas en terrones
de pequeña dimensión. Asegura una mayor precisión de trabajo.
6.0 - LIFTING
6.1 - Check that the lifting gear, hooks, ropes, chains, etc., are of suffi cient capacity
for the task (see weight indicated on machine data plate and in the weights and measures
table).
6.2 - Fix hooks, ropes, chains, etc. in the three positions shown in (fi g.3) and marked by the graphic
symbol ‘HOOK’.
6.3 - Operate the lifting system slowly and before lifting defi nitively, make certain that no deviation
occurs and that there are no members of the public in the work area.
6.4 - Keep at a safe distance and do not for any reason enter areas subject to the risk of accidental
falling of the machine.
7.0 - TRANSPORT
Check that the vehicle to be used is suitable in terms of capacity, size and any other respect stipulated
in the highway code.
Position the machine in such a way that it does not protrude beyond the profi le of the vehicle, and fi x it
adequately with ropes or other means so as to prevent uncontrolled movements.
8.0 - REGULATIONS FOR SAFE USE AND THE PREVENTION OF ACCIDENTS
8.1 - Read all the instructions before using the machine, especially those which rela-
te to safeguarding against physical injury. The Manufacturer accepts no responsibility
for any damage arising from improper use of the machine or failure to observe these instructions.
It is the duty of the user to inform employees and other personnel of the directions set out in this
document (this is a legal requirement).
8.2 - Pay attention to the danger symbols shown in this manual and on the machine.
8.3 - Adjustment, maintenance or work of any kind on the machine must be carried out only with
the engine OFF, the machine resting on the ground, and the tractor locked (parking brake
engaged).
8.4 - Couple the machine only to a tractor of adequate power (see technical bulletin referring to the
model in use), and with a lift unit which complies with standards specifi cally for tractors.
Adhere to the maximum stipulated weight on the axle, and the total mobile weight.
8.5 - When coupling and uncoupling the machine, pay maximum attention so as to avoid the risk
of crushing.
8.6 - It is strictly forbidden for the tractor to be driven by inexpert personnel or personnel not in
possession of a driving licence or in poor health.
8.7 - Never leave the operator position when the tractor is running.
Before leaving the tractor, lower the lift unit, stop the engine, operate the parking brake and remove
the ignition key from the control panel.
8.8 - Remember that the road-holding, steering and braking are affected by the presence of a
carried or towed machine.
8.9 - When driving on the road it is necessary to abide by the highway code of the country in
question.
8.10 - When transporting by road, with the machine lifted, put the hydraulic lift unit control lever in
the locked position.
8.11 - The operators must take position on their respective seats and place their feet on the foot-
rests (fi g. 4.A) only when the tractor is stationary and chocked and the machine is on the
ground.
It is strictly forbidden to travel from one work area to another or on the road with the lift unit
raised and operators on board. It is forbidden to alight if the machine is moving or not positioned
on the ground.
8.12 - The moving parts (wheels - chains - distributors etc.) are protected by appropriate guards,
and where this is not reasonably possible, suffi cient space has been allowed so as to prevent the
risk of crushing. Upon no account wear loose clothing, which may become trapped in the parts
described above during operation, and in any event, pay maximum attention while working, as
moving parts of any machine are inherently dangerous.
8.13 - Do not remove the safety and protection devices which have been installed. If they are
removed for the purpose of making adjustments or carrying out maintenance, ensure that they are
refi tted in their correct place.
8.14 - Check the effi ciency of the protection devices periodically and renew them when neces-
sary, using only original spare parts, which can be supplied by the Manufacturer or its authorized
dealers.
