2.0 - GUARANTEE
Check at the time of delivery that the machine and accessories are complete and undamaged.
Any complaints must be presented in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods.
2.1 - EXPIRY OF GUARANTEE
In addition the normal stipulations of the conditions of supply, the guarantee shall be invalidated if the
instructions set out in this manual are not complied with.
3.0 - PRELIMINARY NOTE
This manual describes the spare parts and the regulations for use and maintenance of UNITRIUM
transplanters. This semi-automatic transplanter driven by its own drive wheels, can operate only when
coupled to a tractor equipped with universal three-point linkage, and with one or two operators on board
each transplanting unit. It is advisable to comply with the contents of this manual, as the machine
will run properly only if used and maintained correctly.
Using the machine without observing the instructions contained herein may give rise to problems, prejudice
smooth running and reduce the effective life of the machine.
The Manufacturer accepts no responsibility whatsoever in the event of negligence and failure to
observe these instructions.
In the event of contestation, the original Italian shall constitute the valid reference text.
For any dispute, the competent court shall be the Court of Bologna.

5.0 - WARNING AND DANGER SIGNS (fi g. 2)
Warning signs:
1 - Before starting work, read the instruction booklet carefully.
2 - Before carrying out any maintenance work, stop the machine and consult the use and maintenance
manual.
Danger signs:
3 - Do not travel from one work area to another or on the road with the lift unit raised and operators on
board.

28.6- SINCROMICRO
Permite la distribución localizada de cada planta de una pequeña dosis (regulable), de una sustancia
antiparasitaria microgranulada.
28.7- DISPOSITIVO DE RIEGO INTRAREJA
Permite la distribución localizada para cada planta de una pequeña dosis de agua (regulable).
28.8 - OTROS ACCESORIOS
Los demás accesorios (microgranulador, dispositivo de riego, cisterna para el agua, abonadora, etc.) se
entregan con específi cas instrucciones de uso y de montaje.
29.0 - MANTENIMIENTO
Los intervalos citados a continuación son indicativos y valen para condiciones normales de uso. En el
caso de servicios más exigentes por causas ambientales o por factores estacionales, la frecuencia de
intervención deberá aumentarse.
Realizar el mantenimiento en el respeto de las prescripciones de seguridad mencionadas en el
punto 8.0.
29.1 - CADA HORA DE TRABAJO
Con la herramienta especial que se entrega de serie (fi g. 27.G), quitar los residuos de tierra o de turba
acumulados dentro del distribuidor (fi g. 27.A) y dentro o fuera de la reja (fi g. 27.B). La tierra (o turba)
acumulada dentro de la reja limita la carrera del expulsor y, además de comprometer su funcio-
namiento, causa daños mecánicos graves.
29.2 - CADA 8 HORAS DE TRABAJO
Comprobar que la parte interna de la reja está limpia (fi g. 27.B).
Limpiar el disco de deslizamiento (fi g. 28.D).
29.3 - CADA 40 HORAS DE TRABAJO
Engrasar los engranajes del distribuidor (fi g. 28.F).
- Aceitar las cadenas de transmisión (fi g. 28.E).
- Controlar el ajuste de los tornillos.
29.4 - LUBRICANTES ACONSEJADOS
Se pueden utilizar los aceites y grasas empleados para el tractor, respetando las advertencias y precau-
ciones indicadas en los respectivos recipientes.
30.0 - PERÍODOS DE INACTIVIDAD
Al fi nal de la temporada, o cuando se contemple una inactividad de uno o más meses, se aconseja:
30.1 - Lavar todo el equipo, sobre todo para eliminar abonos o productos químicos, y secarlo.
30.2 - Controlar las partes desgastadas o dañadas y, de ser necesario, sustituirlas.
30.3 - Realizar un cuidadoso engrase y guardar el equipo en un sitio seco, cubierto con una lona.
Aplicar una ligera capa de lubricante en las partes que no estén galvanizadas ni pintadas.
30.4 - Disponer el equipo como se describe en el punto 8.0.
Todas estas precauciones obran en benefi cio exclusivo del usuario, ya que, en la próxima ocasión de
uso, encontrará todos los aperos en óptimas condiciones.
31.0 - DESGUACE
La máquina está compuesta de material ferroso y ruedas engomadas.
Al fi nal de su vida útil se la debe hacer desguazar en un centro autorizado.
32.0 - PARTES DE RECAMBIO
Se aconseja elevar los pedidos de recambios a través del Concesionario de ventas, indicando los si-
guientes datos:
32.1 - Tipo, modelo y número de matrícula indicados en la placa de identifi cación de la máquina
(fi g. 28).
32.2 - Número de código y descripción, tomados del catálogo de recambios.
32.3 - Cantidad.
32.4 - La expedición se realiza de conformidad con las especifi caciones del cliente, en ausencia
de las cuales se recurrirá al medio que se considere más idóneo.
32.5 - Los conceptos de Derecho e Izquierdo se entienden mirando la máquina desde la parte
posterior (fi g. 28.A).
