● Diagnostic d05, d06
The fresh air function can be carried out in various ways:
- Ambient temperature control with supply air series (all fresh air):
The room temperature measurement must be taken with the sensor of a terminal located in the room.
In Comfort mode, the controller applies PID room control with all fresh air; but if the supply air temperature drops below the supply
air setpoint (set via parameter P09) while the room control is in neutral zone or heating sequence, then the control switches to
supply air control cycle with a proportional algorithm.
In winter, this function prevents the cold shower effect, a source of discomfort, by supplying preheated fresh air even if no heat
gain is required in the room. In cooling mode, the supply air control is locked.
If the hot valve opens fully, or if the frost protection thermostat is triggered (given by P52 = 10), the valve closes and the fan is
switched off immediately.
If the unit has a display terminal, the "Fro" information is displayed when the Frost protection is triggered by the safety thermostat.
An adjustable spanner appears upon the "hot valve 100 % open" safety mechanism being triggered.
- Supply air temperature control (all fresh air):
The V3000 regulates with a Proportional algorithm so that the measured supply air temperature tends towards the setpoints
(P02 or P03).
If the hot valve opens fully, or if the frost protection thermostat (given by P52 = 10), the valve closes and the fan is switched off
immediately.
If the unit has a display terminal, the "Fro" information is displayed upon the Frost protection being triggered by the safety
thermostat. An adjustable spanner appears upon the "cold valve 100 % open" safety mechanism being triggered.

The V3000 may perform the master/slave function via 3 different ways:
M
aster/slave by hot/cold authorisation (P00 =1 on master, P00 = 2 on slaves). Each controller works according to its own
temperature measurement. A slave can only heat if the master is heating. A slave can only cool if the master is cooling.
This function can take into account local temperature variations inside the same room.
Master/slave by measured T°C mirror effect (P00 = 1 on the master, P00 = 3 on the slaves) The master sends its own
temperature measurement to all slaves. All the devices in the room therefore work with an identical measurement.
Master/slave by actuator position mirror effect (P00 = 1 on the master, P00 = 4 on the slaves), the master sends the position of
its outputs to all the slaves. All the devices in the room therefore work with the same outputs position (valves, electric heater,
fan).
NOTE:
Do not use this configuration when there are units in the same room which are
:
- A different size, and
- Equipped with HEE motors (and therefore have different speed thresholds)
- In this case, use the configuration P00=3 on the slaves.
In these 3 cases, the temperature setpoints, and the operating mode are the same on all the devices of the same master/slave
function.
With regards to the ventilation speeds, the first 2 authorise different speeds on the master and corresponding slaves if the
Auto position is selected on the master.
The master/slave function is performed directly, with no need for the presence of a central management unit. It is sufficient to
have a KNX supply and a bus meeting the KNX specifications (see Manual NA 08.51):
- The bus must be fed by a standardised KNX supply.
- Use KNX certified cables
- Wiring diagram (see manual NA 08.34)
