If the INPUT OK LED doesn't light up after turning on the Cisco Switch, first, ensure the PSM is flush with the chassis. If it isn't, turn off the power, tighten the installation screw, and turn the power back on. If the LED still doesn't light up, the issue might be with the AC source or power cord. Turn off the switch, try a different power source, and turn it back on. If the IN LED is green, the initial power source is faulty.
