Check the supply voltage
with tester or others.

adhered to the thermal

Check whether any
foreign substances are
adhered to the head.
Wipe foreign materials
with swab or soft cloth
immersed with ethyl
alcohol.
Non-recommended
paper is used.
Check whether the paper
being used meets the
specification.
Replace it with the
specified paper.
Faint printout or uneven
printout
Faulty mounting of the
platen roller
Check mounting
condition of the platen
roller.
Mount the platen roller
properly.
