CHECKING AND SETTING THE VALVE TIMING

Position the tools [3] and [2].
Peg the flywheel, using tool [1].
NOTE: If the setting is not correct, recommence the operation.
Remove the pegs [2] and [3].
Refit :
- The oil filter.
- The timing cover (1).
- The engine cover.
Reconnect the battery.
Lower the vehicle.
Perform the operations that are necessary following a reconnection of the battery.
