FlashingofthegreenLEDand
avoicemessageconfirmthat
the call has been made to the
"LocalisedEmergencyCall"*
service.
Pressingthisbuttonagainimmediatelycancels
therequest.
ThegreenLEDgoesoff.
ThegreenLEDremainson(withoutflashing)
whencommunicationisestablished.
Itgoesoffattheendofcommunication.
This call is dealt with by the "Localised
EmergencyCall"centrewhichreceiveslocating
information from the vehicle and can send a
detailedalerttotheappropriateemergency
services.
In countries in which the team is not
operational,orwhenthelocatingservice
hasbeenexpresslydeclined,thecallisdealt
withdirectlybytheemergencyservices(112)
withoutthevehiclelocation.
