Engine oil level indicator*
On versions fitted with an electric oil level
indicator,thestateoftheengineoillevelis
displayed in the instrument panel for a few
seconds,aftertheservicinginformation.
The level read will only be correct if
thevehicleisonlevelgroundandthe
enginehasbeenoffformorethan
30minutes.

Oil level incorrect
Thisisindicatedbythedisplayofthemessage
"Oil level incorrect" in the instrument panel
screen,accompaniedbytheservicewarning
lampandanaudiblesignal.
Ifthelowoillevelisconfirmedbyacheckusing
thedipstick,thelevelmustbetoppedupto
avoiddamagetotheengine.

Oil level indicator fault
Thisissignalledbythedisplayofthemessage
"Oil level measurement invalid" in the
instrumentpanel.
Contact a CITROËN dealer or a qualified
workshop.
In the event of a fault with the electric indicator,
theoillevelisnolongermonitored.
Ifthesystemisfaulty,youmustcheckthe
engineoillevelusingthemanualdipstick
locatedunderthebonnet.
