Forward Travel
Lower the forks to a safe height and tilt the
upright back when traveling with a load.
Do not lift or lower a load while the lift truck
is moving.
Reverse Travel
Operate the lift truck in reverse when
handling loads that restrict your view.
Be sure to rotate in your seat and look in
the direction of travel.
Loaded Travel
Unstable loads are a hazard to you and
other personnel.
Make sure all loads are stacked correctly
and equally positioned across the forks.
Put the heaviest part of the load closest to
the front wheels of the lift truck.
Do not attempt to lift a load using only one
fork.
