Forward Travel
• Lower the forks to a safe height and tilt the
upright back when traveling with a load.
• Do not lift or lower a load while the lift truck
is moving.
Reverse Travel
• Operate the lift truck in reverse when
handling loads that restrict your view.
• Be sure to rotate in your seat and look in
the direction of travel.
Loaded Travel
• Unstable loads are a hazard to you and
other personnel.
• Make sure all loads are stacked correctly
and equally positioned across the forks.
• Put the heaviest part of the load closest to
the front wheels of the lift truck.
• Do not attempt to lift a load using only one
fork.
