using thespeaker you should charge thespeaker’s internal battery for afull 12 hours

used for more than 2 months, you should charge it for at least 8 hours before running
thespeaker from thebattery.
The battery is protected by anintegrated under-voltage relay which turns off
the speaker if thebattery is, or becomes discharged. If this happens thespeaker’s
battery must be recharged before thespeaker can be run from thebattery again.
Note: Make sure to charge thespeaker’s battery immediately after purchase.
