GENERAL DESCRIPTION
A. General
The information in this manual applies directly to Cleaver-
Brooks FLX Model boilers in sizes ranging from 1,500,000
to 12,000,000 Btu/hr input.

DANGER
CAUTION
The care taken in placing the boiler into initial
service is vital to continuous, reliable operation.
If the boiler is to be used for temporary heat (for
example in new construction), properly treated
water must be used. Failure to do so can be
detrimental to the boiler.
