Troubleshooting
Problem Possible solution
Not working Check if it’s plugged into a power socket.
Check if there is a power outage.
Check if your home power switch or fuse is cut of.
Check if the replace filter indicator is flashing (eyes flashing).
Poor Performance Check if there is any dust on the surface of the pre-filter.
Make sure there are no obstacles blocking the air inlet/outlet.
Significant noise Make sure nothing is stuck on the fan in the air outlet.
Make sure the machine is not tilted.
Please set a lower level of fan speed if the noise is too loud, or
set a low level of fan speed when using in the bedroom at night.
Unpleasant odour from
the unit
It is normal for the machine to emit an odour of plastic the first
time it is used.
The machine will emit an unpleasant odour if the filter is dusty. If
this happens, please clean or replace the filter.
If a burning odour emits from the machine, unplug the power
socket and contact our customer service.

Please press and hold the power on buton for 5 seconds to
reset the product and the remaining filter life.
