mdio - Show PHY registers
SYNOPSIS
mdio paddr raddr ?greth#?
DESCRIPTION
mdio paddr raddr ?greth#?
Show value of PHY address paddr and register raddr. If more than one device exists in the system,
the greth# can be used to select device, default is dev0. The command tries to disable the EDCL duplex
detection if enabled.
