Check if the is a short circuit in the component or the wiring to the
component.
23 PV_Larger_Than_SP Actual process value is larger than set point
Check setpoint on HMI and investigate why the process value is too
high.
24 PV_Less_Than_SP Actual process value is less than set point
Check setpoint on HMI and investigate why the process value is too
low.
25 State_OP Hardware error
Contact IceTech technical support.
26 SuperV Supervision time for component exceeded
Max. time from start to feedback is high.
Contact IceTech technical support.
27 Timeout Timeout.
Investigate what’s causing timeout on component.
28 Underrange Disconnected circuit
Check wiring to component and measure if component is functioning
as expected.
33 LL Low/low set point on transmitter is reached.
Check if actual value corresponds to transmitter value.
If not recaliber/replace transmitter.

Low set point on transmitter is reached.
Check if actual value corresponds to transmitter value.
If not recaliber/replace transmitter.

High set point on transmitter is reached.
Check if actual value corresponds to transmitter value.
If not recaliber/replace transmitter.

High/high set point on transmitter is reached.
Check if actual value corresponds to transmitter value.
If not recaliber/replace transmitter.
37 Build plug Plug size is not reached within 10 strokes in startup mode.
Check if liquid CO
2
is available. Check if liquid CO2 filter is blocked,
clean or replace if necessary. If plug continuously is not properly
build, increase flow for injection valve start-up =G01-Q2.

Max. time forward
Max. extrusion time is exceeded. Check if water ice is build up on
the extruder plate. Thaw the extruder plate and restart production.
If hydraulic pressure is below 160 Bar while extruding troubleshoot
the hydraulic station using IceTech Technical Support.

Max. time return
Max. return time for hydraulic cylinder is exceeded.
Check the actual piston position on HMI. If it’s below 1 mm from
return position, the linear transduser has to be calibrated. This is
done by contacting IceTech technical Support.
