• ON/OFF switch in the “OFF”

• Ignition key is in the “OFF”

• Low fuel
• Stale or contaminated fuel.
• Fuel valve is in the “OFF”

• Loose spark plug
• Spark plug fouled or
defective.
• Spark plug gap is incorrect
• Spark plug cap is not at-
tached
• Choke is not in the “ON “
(UP) position for starting a
cold engine.
• Problem with the electrical
system
• Place ON/OFF switch
in the “ON” position
• Place ignition key in
the “ON” position
• Fill with fresh fuel
• Have a service center
ush and ll with fresh
fuel.
• Place fuel valve in the
“ON” position.
• Tighten spark plug
• Clean or replace plug
• Gap the plug
• Attach spark plug cap
• Place choke in the
“ON” (up) position
• Take to a service cen-
ter for repair
