BCB can be closed to the common bus as soon as all the available gensets in the bank are running. If there
is countervoltage on the common bus the breaker is synchronized, otherwise it is closed to the dead bus.
In automatic mode the breaker is controlled automatically, in manual mode by the button on the controller
front panel or InteliVision.
