• To turn on the message waiting light at an idle
telephone,
1. PRESS INTERCOM AND DIAL *3 OR PRESS MESSAGE for
Impact SCS models.
2. DIAL extension number of station to be alerted. The message waiting
light of called station will flash.
• To turn off the message waiting light at a busy or idle
station,
1. PRESS INTERCOM AND DIAL #3 OR PRESS MESSAGE for
Impact SCS models.
2. DIAL extension number of station that was alerted. The message
waiting light of called station will turn off.
• To turn off the message waiting light during message-
delivering conversation,
—PRESS INTERCOM.
• To receive a message at an alert
1. OBSERVE flashing message waiting light.
2. PRESS INTERCOM AND HOLD OR PRESS MESSAGE for Impact
SCS models.
Connection to the station that left message is automatic.
