Call management
The ViP switchboard offers two methods for making a call, direct or via the directory.
Direct call
To make a direct call, you will need to know the ViP address of the apartment you want to call.

Searching the directory for a contact
You can search directly for a contact in all CPS directories without having to scroll through the entire
directory from beginning to end. The procedure is illustrated below using the Apartments directory; it
also applies to all other directories.
