The switchboard language can be selected from the
following list:
*1- Italian (default)
2- English
3- French
4- German
5- Portuguese
6- Danish
7- Finnish
8- Dutch
9- Spanish
- press the MENU key and use the keys to view
the 5-CHANGE LANGUAGE menu, then press 5;

- use the keys to display the selected language
and press the corresponding button (e.g. 2 for
English);

- press ESC repeatedly to return to the main screen.
I5 - Change language
You can enter names in the memory by downloading
them from a PC using Art. 1249/A. To perform this
operation, activate the download function from the
menu, connect the switchboard to the PC via the
relevant serial cable, and start running the download
software.
CAUTION! ONLY ACTIVATE THE FUNCTION
WHEN YOU WANT TO DOWNLOAD NAMES
FROM A PC. THE FUNCTION REMAINS ACTIVE
FOR 1 MINUTE.
- press the MENU key and use the keys to
display the 6-DOWNLOAD NAMES FROM PC
menu;

- press 6 to activate the function:

From R.I. 006, downloading of names can ONLY take
place when the DIRECTORY is EMPTY.

To delete names in the directory:
- press the MENU key and use the keys to
display the 7-ALL NAMES DELETED menu, then
press 7;

- you will be asked if you want to delete the names
in the directory;

- to conrm, press OK and enter the conrmation
password (1998);

- press OK to conrm;
DELETING
...
- once the information has been deleted, the main
screen will be displayed.
I7 - All names delete
may now start downloading names using Art. 1249/A,
during this process the switchboard cannot make or
receive calls; the service is automatically deactivated
on completion of the download.
