If your Comen Medical Equipment fails to power on when using the AC power supply, here are some things to check: * Ensure the AC power supply cable is securely connected. * Inspect the two fuses. If defective, remove the power supply cable, open the fuse-boxes, and use a multi-meter to check each fuse. Replace them if necessary. * Test the AC power supply unit with a multi-meter set to AC voltage. A reasonable output should be between 18V-20V. * If the above steps don't solve the problem, the main board or keypad might be defective and need replacement.
