TROUBLESHOOTING
FAULT CAUSE SOLUTION
The machine or the light H01
does not come on
Main switch disconnected Turn switch on.
Other possible causes Contact the assistance service.
It does not load water or light
H02 does not come on
Water valve closed Open the valve.
The door is open. Close the door.
Emergency button activated. Deactivate the emergency button.
H03 light on Cut-out switch activated. Contact the assistance service.
Tank lling does not stop when
the level is reached
Overflow pipe not inserted correctly. Check the correct insertion of the
overflow pipe.
Tank full for many hours, for
example not emptied since the
previous service
Drain the tank completely and refill it.
Insufcient washing
Dirty washing filters. Clean the filters (15/16 Fig. 8).
Clogged wash nozzles. Clean the washing nozzles under
running water (17 Fig.8).
Wash arm caps missing or not
inserted correctly.
Insert the caps or position them correctly
(20 Fig.8).
Advancement speed too high. Adjust the advancement to a slower
speed.
Machine not at the required
temperature.
Wait for the tank water temperature to
be reached (50°C).
Detergent container empty or
detergent not suctioned.
Refill or replace the detergent container.
Ineffective detergent Check that the detergent is for industrial
dishwashers and that the dosage is of
the correct concentration.
Incorrect dishes arrangement. Check that the dishes do not overlap.
Curtains not present or not fitted
correctly
Check for presence or correct position.
Insufficient tank temperature
Insufficient supply water
temperature
Check that the temperature is as
prescribed 50-55°C.
Insufficient rinsing.
Clogged rinse nozzles. Unscrew and clean the nozzles in
running water (18 Fig.8).
Insufficient rinse temperature
Insufficient supply water
temperature.
Check that the temperature is as
prescribed 50-55°C.
The dish rack does not
advance
Limit switch activated. Remove the dish rack when it comes
out of the machine.
An object is hindering advancement. Remove the object.
The drive slides. Contact the assistance service.
