Test and calibrate the unit’s control systems.
The TW-1 and TW-2 control Test Mode checks the
operation of displays, control buttons, inputs and out
puts. You can also calibrate the supply and return thermo-
couples. See Performing System Tests, Section 5.
WARNING: Electrical shock and
hot surface hazards
Before attempting maintenance of any kind
on the Thermolator, you must stop the unit;
disconnect and lockout the main power
supply; and allow the unit to cool to less than
100°F (38°C)
To access the Thermolator enclosure:
Remove the top access panel by lifting straight up. Remove
the side panels by lifting straight up.
