If the issue persists, the patient's SpO2 level might be too low for detection. In this case, try again. If you are sure the device works all right, seek a diagnosis from a hospital to check patient’s SpO2 level.

  If the SpO2 pulse rate is not displayed stably on your Contec Medical Equipment, it may be because the finger is not placed deep enough inside the device. Ensure the finger is properly positioned and try again. Another reason could be movement; if the finger is shaking or the patient is moving, ask the patient to keep calm.
