The original FX3G pulse program can be used directly.
All the instruction support 8 channels pulse, except DVIT、DSZR which support 4
channels.
7.2 Circular interpolation
The special flags when setting the interpolation route are as shown in the following
table: (26234 version has no interpolation function)
