This port is for future use and will become operational in a future software release.
The USB port is not currently supported.
2.5.3 Console Port
The asynchronous serial interface is according to [EIA/TIA-232-E]. The baud rate
for this interface
is 38400 bps. The connecto r type is RJ-45, female, with 8 pins.

The port must be connected to the same type of port with proper cable, otherwise network
element functionality may be affected or physical dama ge may occur. Long cables should be
terminated properly to reduce interference.
