o Before installing the pump, the system must be thoroughly flushed with 80
°C hot water. Subsequently, the system must be drained completely, to
ensure that any residues or harmful substances are removed.
o The water in the circuit may not contain hydrocarbon derivates or aromatic
products. If an antifreeze medium must be added, its proportion may not be
more than 30%.
o The supplied thermal insulation shells should be fitted, and it must be ensured
thatthecondensatedrainholesinthemotorhousingarenotcloggedorpartially
closed.
o Always use a new set of gaskets for every maintenance operation.

To ensure correct electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical installation, the
instructionsgiveninthissectionofthemanualmustbestrictlyobserved.
Before doing any mechanical or electrical work, the device must always be
disconnectedfromthepowersupply.Beforeopeningthedevice,allindicator
lamps in thecontrol panel must be
off. Even after disconnecting the power
supply,theintermediatecircuitcapacitorisstillatadangerouslyhighvoltage.
Onlysecurelywiredconnectionsarepermitted.Thedevicemustbegrounded
(IEC536Class1,NEC,andothercorrespondingstandards).
Itmustbeensuredthatthevoltageandfrequencyindicatedonthe
typelabel
oftheCPH2.0pumpcorrespondstotheon‐sitepowersupply.
TheCPH2.0circulationpumpmustalwaysbemountedwiththemotorshaftin
the horizontal direction. The electronic control unit is always mounted
vertically.
If the system is fitted with a non‐return valve, it must be ensured that the
minimumpumppressureisalwayshigherthanthevalve'sclosingpressure.
