8. COMMISSIONING,FUNCTIONALTEST,
SHUTDOWN,DISPOSAL

Whentheworkdescribedinthechapter"Installation"hasbeencompleted,thedevice
is ready for first commissioning. Commissioning must be done by the system's
contractororbyanassignedexpert.

8.1 Commissioningandfunctionaltest


















Only the COSMO CPH 2.0 has
an automatic venting function: Pressing the "Mode"
buttonfor3secondsactivatesthefunctionfor1minuteatmax.speed,afterwhichthe
pumpreturnstotheadjustedoperatingmode.


















All switch‐on operations must be done with the cover of the CPH 2.0 control
panelclosed.
The system may not be switched on before all electrical and hydraulic
connectionshavebeenmade.
Donotstartthecirculationpumpwithoutwaterinthesystem.
Whenalltheelectricalandhydraulicconnections
havebeenmade,thesystem
mustbe filledwith water that might containglycol(max.proportion ofglycol:
30%),andthenswitchthesystemon.
The medium in the plant can be very hotand under high pressure, and could
escapeassteam.RISKOFBURNS!
Touchingthecirculationpump
couldbedangerous.RISKOFBURNS!
Afterthesystemhasbeenswitchedon,theoperatingmodecanbeadaptedto
the requirements of the plant
