8.1.3 Errormessages
E1 Dryrunning
E2 Lossofmotorcontrol–canbeduetoincorrectparameters,blockedrotor,
missingphase,motordisconnected.
E3 Shortcircuitbetweenphasesorbetweenphaseandground.
E4 Softwarefault.
E5 Fault in the safety module – can be due to unexpected excess current or
someotherhardwarefaultinthecircuitboard.
8.1.4 Shutdown
The COSMO Type CPH 2.0 high‐efficiency pump must be taken out of service as
instructedintheoperatingmanual.
Allelectricalcablesmustbedisconnectedandremovedbeforeshutdown.
Close the shut‐off valves above and below the pump, loosen the pump's upper and
lowercouplings,
andremovethepumpfromthepipework.
8.1.5 Puttingbackintoservice



Riskofburnsfromescapingmedium.
o Maintainasafedistancefromescapingmedia.
o Wear suitable personal protective equipment (safety gloves,
goggles).
