NOTE:Referencestorightor leftsideofthesnowthroweraredeterminedfrom
behindtheunitin theoperatingposition(standingdirectlybehindthesnow
thrower,facingthehandlepanel).
Removing FromCarton
1. Cutthecornersof thecartonandlaythesidesflatontheground.Remove
anddiscardallpackinginserts.
2. Movethesnowthroweroutof thecarton.
3. Makecertainthecartonhasbeencompletelyemptiedbeforediscardingit.
Assembly
1. PlacetheshiftleverintheForward-6position.
2. Observethelowerrearareaofthesnowthrowertobesurebothcablesare
alignedwith rollerguidesbeforepivotingthehandleupward.SeeFigure1.
NOTE:Makecertaintheupperendsofeachcableareseatedproperlyin its
bracket.
3. Securethehandlebytighteningtheplasticwingknoblocatedonboththe
leftandrightsidesofthehandle.SeeFigure2. Removeanddiscardany
rubberbands,ifpresent.Theyarefor packagingpurposesonly.
