Therepairor replacementof anywarrantedpart otherwiseeligiblefor warrantycoveragemaybeexcludedfromsuchwarrantycoverageif MTDConsumerGroup
Incdemonstratesthatthe outdoorequipmentenginehasbeenabused,neglected,orimproperlymaintained,and thatsuchabuse,neglect,or impropermainte-
nancewasthe directcauseof the needfor repairor replacementof the part.Thatnotwithstanding,anyadjustmentofa componentthat hasa factoryinstalled,
andproperlyoperating,adjustmentlimitingdeviceisstill eligiblefor warrantycoverage.Further,the coverageunderthis warrantyextendsonlyto partsthat were
presentonthe off-roadengineand equipmentpurchased.
