Disassembly of the steering wheel

Remove
screw M5×16
Decoration cover for steering
wheel
Horn assembly

Remove the screw
b.
Remove the decoration cover for steering
wheel and horn assembly
c.
Use the special tools pull out the steering
wheel .

Inspect
Steering shaft(1)
Steering wheel(2)
Washer(3)
Flange nut(4)
Inspect the splines on the steering shaft
and steering wheel. Look for damage or
wear.
Inspect the steering wheel for damage or
wear to the wheel covering.

or wear needs to be repaired
immediately.

4, 8mm X 16mm bolts (1) that
attach steering column (2) to
the frame.

Bearing Fitment of the steering
