Special Notes
1.
Make sure to use only manufacturer recommended parts, oils, adhesives and
sealants.
2.
After removal of oil seals, gaskets, O-rings, and piston rings, replace with
new parts.
3.
Pay attention to keep disassembled parts orderly. Make sure of the original
position for reassembly.
4.
Prevent damage to disassembled parts. Clean parts before measuring
and reassembly. Lubricate with specified oils and grease at specified
locations.
5.
Bolt and nut loosening order should always start with the smallest diameter
bolt working up to the largest diameter bolt in a cross pattern from outside to
inside.
6.
Bolt and nut tightening order should always start with the largest diameter bolts
first inside to outside in a cross pattern then the next smaller size using the same
pattern.
7.
All sealing bolts that are removed must be replaced with new sealing bolts.
8.
Bearings and seals are a 1 time use item, if removed replace with new bearings
and or seals.
9.
Bearings and oil seals need to be installed with the manufacturer’s logo’s and or
part numbers facing outward.
10.
Before assembly make sure all mating surfaces are clean.
