Maintenance and Adjustment of the UV
Checking the V-Belt
1)
Remove:
•
Seat bottom
•
Engine Cover
•
Drive belt cover
2)
Check the V-belt for cracks, wear,
scaling or chipping. Replace if
necessary.
3)
Check for oil or grease inside v-
belt housing. If found see cleaning
instructions for Primary and
Secondary sheaves.
4)
Check V-Belt width. If out of
specification replace with a new V-
Belt.
