9) Connect water pump inlet hose
10)Connect coolant outlet hose
11)Remove the air bleed bolt(1)
12) Fill the cooling system with the
recommended coolant until coolant
comes out of the hole for the air
bleed bolt.
13)
Install the Air bleed bolt
9Nm or 6.5 ft · lbs
14) Fill the radiator
15) Install the radiator cap
16) Fill the coolant reservoir
with the recommended
coolant to the max level

Note:
Adding water instead of coolant
lowers the antifreeze content of the
coolant.
17) Install coolant reservoir cap
18) Start the engine, warm it up
for several minutes to allow the
coolant to circulate through the
cooling system.
19) Allow the vehicle to cool
off then recheck the level on
the reservoir
20) Close the hood
21) Install the console,
passenger’s seat and
driver’s seat.
