The following alert messages may display on the Smart Flow Monitor controller screen and in the Culligan Connect App�

Leak Detected alert icon illuminates and
flashes and alarm beeping is active�
To clear error:
1) Dry off the sensor
2) Single key press any display button
The error is displayed on
the main page with the
recommendation to contact
the dealer�
*Dealer will be notified on the
Remote Equipment Gateway
if opted into receiving Daily
Digest email�
Replace
Media
Programmed remaining
capacity reaches zero
(days or volume or both)
Replace Media icon illuminates and
flashes and alarm beeping is active�
Mute error:
Single press any button to silence
beeping for 7 days, visual alerts remain�
Media Life alert must be reset by your
Culligan dealer� Contact your local
dealer for assistance�
The error is displayed on
the main page with the
recommendation to contact
the dealer�
The error appears 3 times:
when remaining capacity
is less than 20%, 10% and
critical at 0%�
*Dealer will have similar
notifications on the Remote
Equipment Gateway if opted in
to receive Daily Digest email�
