• All major components of the car seat must be regularly checked for
damage. The mechanical parts must work without problems.
• Make sure that the car seat is not jammed between hard parts such
as the car door, seat rails etc., which can damage it.
• Avoid getting any dirt or sand in between the upper seat shell and
the base. This can have a negative impact on the performance of the
rotation and recline function. Should this happen the dirt should be
removed before rotating and reclining the seat any further to avoid
any permanent damage of the seat. To do that remove the seat from
the base.
• If e.g. the car seat is dropped, it must be tested by the manufacturer
before being used again.
• Tutte le parti principali del seggiolino devono essere sottoposte ad
un regolare controllo per verificare eventuali danni. I componenti
meccanici devono funzionare correttamente.
• E’ essenziale che il seggiolino non venga mai schiaccia-
to tra oggetti rigidi, come le portiere dell’auto, i binari del sedile, ecc.
perchè ne sarebbe danneggiato.
• Evitare assolutamente che sporco o sabbia penetrino tra la
scocca della seduta e la base. Ciò potrebbe compromettere le
funzioni di rotazione e di reclinazione. Nel caso dovesse accadere,
raccomandiamo di non forzare la rotazione o la reclinazione, ma di
rimuovere prima lo sporco, per evitare danni permanenti al seggiolino.
A questo punto è possibile sollevare il seggiolino dalla base.
• Nel caso il seggiolino dovesse cadere, dovrà essere controllato dal
produttore prima di poter essere riutilizzato.

Is the base stored away it is crucial to fold the load leg in a way so the
characteristic noise will stop. Therefore a small slot at the bottom of the
base is provided. This will protect the battery.
Se la base è riposta, è fondamentale piegare la gamba del carico in

Is the base not in use for a long time it is important to remove the
battery so it can‘t harm the base through escaping liquids (see chapter:
„HOW TO CHANGE BATTERY“).
