Example usage:
To enable the generic VLAN Registration Protocol (GVRP):
DES-3526:4#enable gvrp
Command: enable gvrp
Success.

disable gvrp
Purpose Used to disable GVRP on the Switch.
Syntax
disable gvrp
Description This command, along with enable gvrp, is used to enable and disable
GVRP on the Switch, without changing the GVRP configuration on
the Switch.
Parameters None.
Restrictions Only administrator-level users can issue this command.
Example usage:
To disable the Generic VLAN Registration Protocol (GVRP):
DES-3526:4#disable gvrp
Command: disable gvrp
Success.

show vlan
Purpose Used to display the current VLAN configuration on the Switch
Syntax
show vlan {<vlan_name 32>}
Description This command displays summary information about each VLAN
including the VLAN ID, VLAN name, the Tagging/Untagging status,
and the Member/Non-member/Forbidden status of each port that is
a member of the VLAN.
Parameters
<vlan_name 32> − The VLAN name of the VLAN for which to
display a summary of settings.
Restrictions None.
Example usage:
To display the Switch’s current VLAN settings:
