Stop the engine operation and wait
by the time when the engine cools
down enough.

Regarding the replacement of cooling
water, because it is improper for
untrained person to replace, request
to the professional technician or
mechanic.

Open the right side inner cover lid.
②
Disassemble the Reserve Tank Cap.
③
Untie the drain bolt of water pump and discharge
cooling water.
④
By leaning the vehicle to the right, discharge cooling
water.
⑤
Assemble the drain bolt.
⑥
Refill the cooling water to the reserve tank.
⑦
Start the engine, remove air and check whether the
level of cooling water is stable.
⑧
Assemble the reserve tank cap.

If electrode is stained or its clearance is not right,
satisfactory spark is not made. Clean and make
adjustment.

Remove center cover
●
Remove spark plug cap
●
Clean around the spark plug
●
Pull out the spark plug by plug wrench
●
Clean plug with plug cleaner
●
Check electrode for being worn or corroded. If the
ends become round, replace it with a new one.
●
Check the plug gap using a feeler gauge.
PLUG GAP : 0.8~0.9mm
●
Tighten with hands until the plug washer touches
cylinder head.
