range, by using RPM tester.
(2) Check by eye whether the color of
emission gas is white or black.
(3) Check whether the vehicle is

regulation, or at idling, check the
capacity of CO and HC by the
tester.

worn. Also check the external
diameter of weight roller.
(2) Check whether the slide piece is
damaged, abnormally worn or not.
(1) Check whether the drive belt is
cracked and the cock is chipped
off, there is abnormal abrasion.
Also, check the width of drive belt.
