hand and check whether the free
play is within the designated range
or not. Also, when pulling the
brake lever, check the softness and
whether air inflows by mixing.

twist of front fork, abnormal noise
by operating the front fork.

(1) Erect the main stand, lift up the
wheel and move the lower side of
front fork by hand to check
whether bearings clattered or not.
or, on the condition of operating
front brake, moves steering handle
to the left and right to check
whether the bearings clattered.
If necessary, disassemble steering
stem and check whether there is
abrasion, crack, twisted, etc.
