INFORMATION ON USE AND OPERATION
Description of the grouphead control panel
Each grouphead features a control panel as shown in the
illustration.
The controls are identical for each grouphead.
When the grouphead reaches the set temperature, the
page shown in the illustration appears.
A) Button: set by the manufacturer for extracting a single
shot of espresso.
Co󰀨ee extraction stops automatically.
B) Button: set by the manufacturer for extracting a double
shot of espresso.
Co󰀨ee extraction stops automatically.
C) Button: set by the manufacturer to start continuous ex-
traction.
Press the same button to stop extraction.
D) Button: set by the manufacturer for extracting a ‘ca󰀨e
lungo’, i.e. a slightly larger, less concentrated espresso
Co󰀨ee extraction stops automatically.
E) Button: set by the manufacturer for extracting a double
shot of ‘ca󰀨e lungo’.
Co󰀨ee extraction stops automatically.
F) Button: set by the manufacturer with the “ush” func-
tion, to dispense a quick supply of water for 1,5 sec-
onds, to clean out co󰀨ee residues from the hot water
sprinkler.
