INFORMATION ON USE AND OPERATION
Turning on the machine
Turning o󰀨 the machine
At the end of the working day, the machine can be switched
o󰀨 completely or only partially if the room temperature is
low.
Before turning o󰀨 the machine, decide whether or not you
should clean the boiler and the groupheads (see “Clean-
ing and maintenance information”).
Carefully clean the steam wand and the cappuccino wand.
To turn o󰀨 the machine completely, proceed as follows.
1) Turn o󰀨 the water supply tap.
2) Switch o󰀨 the cup warming surface.
3) Turn o󰀨 the lights.
4) Turn the switch to “OFF”.

Carry out the operations described.
1) Check that the water supply to the machine is on.
2) Set the switch lever in position “ON”.
- The display turns on.
- The main page is shown on the display unit.
3) The keys denoting the activated grouphead ash until
the set operating temperatures are reached.
WARNING
Upon using the machine for the rst time and if the ma-
chine has been left unused for some time, to prevent
impurities in the drinks, clean the boiler and ush out
the groupheads for a good length of time (see “Clean-
ing and initial start-up after prolonged disuse ”).
