CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE INFORMATION
If the machine remains unused for more than two days,
proceed as described here.
1) Switch on the machine and wait until the operating tem-
perature is reached (see “Turning on the machine”).
2) Leave the machine at operating temperature for four
hours before starting cleaning (without making any
drinks).
Cleaning and initial start-up after prolonged disuse
3) Flush out the machine well, using about 1 litre of the
water from each grouphead.
4) Turn on the hot water supply (see “Cleaning the boil-
er”) until the water circuit and the boiler are completely
empty;
5) Rell the machine again with fresh drinking water to
restore normal operating conditions.
