Function:
The three parameters hold a list of all the parameters
that are defined in the VLT 2800. It is possible to read
single elements of the list by using the corresponding
subindex. The subindexes start at 1 and follow the or-
der of the parameter numbers.
Each parameter holds up to 116 elements (parameter
numbers).
When a 0 is returned as parameter number the list
ends.
